Units lost in Amazon's FC show up here automatically — either a whole shipment marked Misplaced, or misplaced units set on a shipment line. Reimbursement value defaults to units × (unit cost + freight), but you can edit the amount to match what Amazon actually paid (clear it to revert). Tick Claimed and set the received date once Amazon reimburses you.
